Job summary
Madison Reed Hair Color Bar seeks a Hair Color Bar Assistant, licensed cosmetologist, to support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead in delivering a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will learn Madison Reed consultations, color services, and the unlimited roots membership while helping guests choose the best color and services for their needs.
This role can be full-time or part-time, with peak-time availability to meet guest demand and a path to promotion to Licensed
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
- Entry-level customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communication and people skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate teamwork to deliver a guest experience aligned with company values.
- Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, styling and related services.
- Support sales goals through retail and service offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
- Follow Madison Reed policies and procedures.
- Drive revenue by promoting memberships, subscriptions, and related products.
- Assist in training for promotion to Licensed Colorist.
