Madison Reed is seeking a Hair Color Bar Assistant with an active cosmetology license to support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead in delivering an exceptional guest experience at the Hair Color Bar. You will learn the services, assist with shampooing, styling, and color-related tasks, and help guests select products and memberships.

This role reports to the Manager and may be full- or part-time. Compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions and tips, with earnings ranging by

Formación

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Effective communication and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon.
• Comfortable operating point of sale (POS) systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide guest experience aligned with company values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, and color-related tasks per guest request.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals: retail, services, memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security of the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed policies and procedures.
• Drive revenue through add-on services, memberships, subscriptions and product sales.
• Support Colorist training and growth toward promotion.
