Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Managers in Training to learn every position’s responsibilities in the WOW process and WOW customers at every touchpoint. You will rotate through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles, completing role-based certifications and the GM onboarding to demonstrate mastery of the WOW Operating Way.

The program emphasizes comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development as you advance toward leadership within the shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several weeks.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform duties for several months.
• Complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
