Job summary

Crash Champions in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to manage front and back shop activities, drive revenue goals and ensure high throughput while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will oversee labor allocation, write estimates, coach teammates, and coordinate with technicians and parts managers to meet delivery targets. A valid driver's license and CCC ONE software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry procedures and insurer requirements.
• Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Proficient use of estimating software CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs by managing front and back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Assign repairs to technicians and prioritize teardown/paint to optimize throughput.
• Support teammates during peak times by handling customer check-in and estimates as needed.
• Maintain production standards, ensure accurate billing, and follow PPE protocols.
• Oversee payroll, staffing, and PTO for weekly payroll processing.
• Coordinate with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator, and Parts Managers to keep production moving toward delivery timelines.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly, update estimates as needed, and finalize.
