Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a highly capable Production Manager to lead the front and back of shop operations across multiple locations in the United States. You will manage vehicle intake, labor assignment, and production flow to meet KPI targets, while ensuring quality and safety standards align with I-CAR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry and insurance procedures for multiple carriers.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively to meet shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Proficient with Computers and other technology.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery.
• Labor assignment and production management; assign repair jobs and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Teammate support; assist with customer intake, vehicle check-in, and estimates as needed.
• Monitor and attain production goals; ensure repairs meet quality standards and proper PPE usage.
• Manage payroll and staffing; ensure punch-in/out and flag hours for weekly payroll; manage PTO.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator, and Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and damage discovery; update and lock final estimates.
• Team acquisition, coaching and development; interview and hire best candidates and provide performance feedback.
