Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring for an Associate Service Advisor Program at our Moore, OK location. The role focuses on educating customers, delivering accurate repair estimates, and ensuring smooth DRP partnerships. Training through CYOU and I-CAR is required, with expectations to greet customers and guide them through the repair process.

The position offers full-time employment with on-site work and a competitive hourly pay range. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Committed to showing up on time and ready to learn.
• Commit to 7-9 months for program completion.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Observe all areas of the location and ask questions.
• Attend calls and participate in training.
• Complete all required training including CYOU and I-CAR.
• Track progress weekly through Stage 2 and write as many estimates as possible.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and develop accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Provide estimates that support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Offer personal, trusted service by reviewing the repair process with customers.
• Greet customers by phone or in person.
• Educate customers about the collision repair process, including insurance claims information, processing, and payment procedures.
