Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an entry-level position to help optimize repair estimates and educate customers about the collision repair process. You will work closely with teams to ensure accuracy and support for DRP partnerships.

This role offers comprehensive benefits, on-site work in Wisconsin, and a structured training path through CYOU and I-CAR programs, with a 7–9 month completion window. You will be coached to deliver trusted, customer-focused service daily.

Qualifications

• Must embody professionalism and align with Crash Champions culture.
• Commit to 7–9 months for program completion.
• Arrive on time, ready to learn.
• Attend calls and complete all required training including CYOU and I-CAR.
• Complete tracker weekly through Stage 2.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and develop accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
• Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Provide estimates that support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalise total loss administration.
• Deliver personal, trusted service by reviewing the repair process with customers.
