Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-facing estimator role at our Crest Hill, IL location. You will help optimize and develop repair estimates, educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and their rights while delivering personal, trusted service throughout the vehicle repair journey.

In this role you will support DRP partnerships and KPI goals, finalize total loss administration, and greet customers by phone or in person to guide them through the process with clear

Qualifications

• Attend calls and complete trainings including CYOU and I-CAR.
• Submit all required trackers weekly through Stage 2.
