Caliber Collision is hiring at our TX service center for experienced collision repair technicians. As a skilled technician, you will perform full collision repairs, fender to frame, ensuring factory specifications and safety standards are met.

A strong eye for detail, teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, competitive pay, ongoing training (I-CAR, ASE), and day-one benefits to support

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment and safety.
