Job summary

Caliber Service Center in CA is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join a busy shop that handles full collision repairs from frame to finish. You’ll blueprint, straighten bent panels, and assemble parts with a focus on factory specs.

We value attention to detail, teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office, and you’ll train in I-CAR and ASE programs. Eligible US workers only; competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame straightening and structural repair know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality with blueprinting and correct repairs.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from bumper to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently.
