Caliber Service Center in Nolanville, TX is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute repairs, perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame work, and ensure quality reassembly with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square parts.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welds, and finish were essential.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborative, works with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
