Job summary

Caliber Collision Boerne is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to repair fenders, frames, and panels. You will blueprint, straighten, and weld parts to factory specs, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

You must be physically fit (lift up to 50 lbs) and committed to quality, with I-CAR or ASE training opportunities, competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training at Caliber.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands with at least two years in collision repair.
• Knowledge to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Committed to blueprinting and high-quality repairs on first pass.
• Attention to tightened bolts, precise welds, and no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collisions repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair: fenders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
