Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled service center technician to perform full collision repairs with precision and care. You will work on fender benders to frame rebuilds, using frame and structural repair techniques to bring vehicles back to factory specs.

Your role requires a strong team ethic and meticulous attention to detail to ensure safe, quality outcomes. Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair expertise to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair right first time.
• Strong attention to detail; tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
