Caliber’s Austin Service Center is seeking experienced collision repair technicians to fix fenders and frames with precision using modern equipment. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars safely and efficiently.

Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on experience in frame and structural repair, the ability to pull, straighten, and square components, and a strong attention to detail.

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square components to factory specs.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Commitment to tightened bolts, precise welds, and thorough work.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Execute quality reassembly with attention to finish details.
• Work collaboratively with teammates across departments.
