Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at our Texas service center. You will perform full collision repairs, align frames, and restore panels to factory specs, while collaborating with painters and estimators to deliver safe, quality results.

Qualified candidates bring at least two years of experience, frame/structural know-how, and a strong attention to detail. ASE/I-CAR certifications are preferred. Benefits include competitive pay and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Proficient in frame and structural repairs and alignments.
• Commitment to precise, high-quality repairs on every job.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate with peers.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs from prep to finish.
• Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly with correct fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
