Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Leander, TX. You will work on full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring precise panel fit and safe driving home at the end of each shift.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a commitment to quality with a no-shortcuts approach. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators and front-office teams in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Physically fit for the job – lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Full collision repair: Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy, daily.
