Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality. You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff. We offer competitive pay and benefits, with strong training programs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Detail-oriented with no shortcuts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
