You will oversee full collision repair from framing to reassembly, ensuring factory specs and top-quality finishes. The ideal candidate brings frame/structural know-how, blueprinting accuracy, and a no-shortcuts mindset, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
• Frame and structural know-how with the ability to pull, straighten and square components
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, welds and finishes
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs
• Ensure high-quality reassembly and fit/finish
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
