Caliber is seeking a collision repair technician for our Jacksonville, NC service center. You will blueprint, repair fenders, frames, and panels to factory specs, partnering with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts approach; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Strong eye for detail; precise repairs and welds.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matters.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
