A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential as you coordinate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff. The role emphasizes precise repairs, safe work practices, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—you can pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—you can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
