Caliber Collision Service Center Durham is seeking skilled collision technicians to blueprint and repair vehicles to factory specs. You’ll handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—and work with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job; lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work; bring bent parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; finish matters and final touches count.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Keep work area safe and tidy.
