Caliber Collision is seeking skilled technicians to join our Frisco Express center. You’ll blueprint and perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory spec alignment and high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square accurately.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job; ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from start to finish.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
