Caliber Greensboro is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our Service Center on Edwardia Dr. You’ll restore damaged vehicles with precision, working with top equipment and a supportive team.

If you have at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset, we want you. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well with others.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands—at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
