Caliber's Tampa service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll repair fenders, frames and structures using modern equipment and precise blueprints, ensuring factory-standard results.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Detail-focused: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with careful fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
