The Caliber Service Center in St Charles, IL, seeks experienced collision repair technicians. You’ll blueprint and execute precise repairs, perform frame and structural work, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing wrecks into road-ready cars.
• Frame and structural repair know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts and precise welds are essential.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
