Caliber Collision in St Charles is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to restore vehicles after accidents, from fenders to frames. You will blueprint, repair to factory specifications, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently through the shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Blueprinting/measurement to factory specs.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused with collaboration across shop roles.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs precisely to factory specifications.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore original alignment.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
