Caliber Joliet - Crest Hill is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to perform full repairs from frame to finish at our service center. You will ensure repairs meet factory specs with tight attention to detail and a strong team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute: clean, precise repairs without shortcuts.
• Full collision repair: from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work: bring bent/torn parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly: ensure fit and finish are top quality.
• Work as a team: move cars through with trust and coordination.
• Keep it clean: maintain a safe, tidy work location.
