Caliber Collision Naperville service center is hiring skilled auto body technicians. The role focuses on blueprinting and executing full collision repairs, including frame work, panels, and final reassembly.

The team collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality repairs. We offer competitive weekly pay with up to a $30/hour flag rate, paid training through I-CAR and ASE certifications, paid time off, holidays, day-one benefits, and a state-of-the-art shop

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute—no guesswork, no shortcuts—just clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—fender benders to frame rebuilds, you handle it all.
• Panel and structural work—if bent or torn, you bring it back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly—fit and finish matter, your final touches make all the difference.
• Work as a team—trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep it clean—safety and tidiness are priorities on the shop floor.
