Caliber Collision in Wentzville, MO, is seeking an experienced Collision Technician to repair and restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, repair structural/frame components, and reassemble with an emphasis on quality finishes and safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair experience.
• Attention to detail with bolts, welds, and alignment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from bumper to frame.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore shape.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
