Caliber Service Center in St Charles is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair vehicles from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You must have at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality to ensure repairs are performed correctly the first time.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tighten bolts, welds, and final fit.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Partner with a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
