Job summary

Caliber Collision Joliet Crest Hill is seeking a skilled automotive collision technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will work on fenders, frames, and structural components, contributing to a fast, high‑quality turnaround.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing collision damage.
• Frame and structural know-how; can pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Attention to detail; ensure precise, safe repairs.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with clean, accurate workmanship.
• Handle full collision repair from assessment to completion.
• Perform panel and structural work; bring bent or torn parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish; no shortcuts.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow shop procedures.
