Caliber's Plymouth, MN service center seeks experienced auto collision technicians dedicated to high-quality repairs. You’ll handle full collision repair, including fender, frame, and panel work, with a team-focused approach and strict attention to safety and cleanliness.

Eligible applicants should have at least two years of hands-on repair experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a no-shortcuts mindset to blueprint and fix correctly the first time.

Formación

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute—No guesswork or shortcuts; perform clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds; you handle it all.
• Panel and structural work—bring bent/twisted parts back to factory specs.
