Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix to factory specs.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair including frame rebuilding.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish details for a proper fit.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
