Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at its Monument Service Center. You will handle full collision repairs, from basic body work to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory spec restoration.

You must have at least two years of experience, frame knowledge, a no-shortcuts mindset, and a strong attention to detail. Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and teamwork with shop staff are essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mentality; quality work the first time.
• Detail-oriented with precise welds and bolts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team with others to move vehicles.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
