Caliber’s Service Center in Apple Valley, MN is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will perform full collision repairs, including panel and structural work, with an emphasis on precision and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, strong frame repair skills, and a team-first attitude. We offer competitive pay, ongoing training (I-CAR, ASE), paid time off, and state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualificações

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square chassis/frame components.
• High attention to detail to ensure precise repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work and restore factory specs.
• Provide high-quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety standards.
