Job summary

Caliber’s Fridley, MN service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You’ll work on full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Two or more years of hands-on experience, frame/structural expertise, and a no-shortcuts mindset are required. You’ll enjoy a sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and day-one benefits in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with the team to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
