Caliber's Service Center in Chaska is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, perform full collision work from minor to frame rebuilds, and ensure factory-spec panel and structural work with quality reassembly.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office to move cars efficiently. We value your two+ years of experience, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and finish.
• Physically fit for the job; can lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilités
