Caliber Service Center in Alvin, TX is hiring a skilled auto body technician to perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You’ll join a team that values accuracy, safety, and collaboration in a modern shop.

With at least two years of experience and frame/structural know-how, you’ll work with top equipment, ongoing training (I-CAR, ASE), and a supportive team. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts, welded joints, quality finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly ensuring fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
