Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at our Elgin, TX service center. You will repair and restore vehicles to factory specs, handling fender benders through frame rebuilds with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail for bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Ensure quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively to move vehicles through the shop.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to shop standards.
