Caliber's Service Center in Benbrook, Texas is seeking a skilled collision repair professional. With at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides and strong frame/structural know-how, you’ll join a team that values precision and safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
