Caliber is seeking skilled automotive technicians for full collision repair roles in Texas. You will handle everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds, performing panel and structural work and delivering factory‑spec reassembly. The work requires a sharp eye for detail and strong teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of collision repair experience.
• Experience with frame and structural repairs.
• Attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor dings to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
