Caliber is hiring a collision repair technician at our Magnolia, TX service center. You will perform full collision repair from dings to frame work, restoring vehicles to factory specs while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff. This role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welds and alignment.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with careful fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
