The ideal candidate has 5+ years in collision repair with at least 2 years in management, strong leadership, and proficiency with estimating systems; ASE/I-CAR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in collision repair with 2+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and customer service.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Proficient with computerized estimating and management systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE/I-CAR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate workflow of the collision repair shop to ensure high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the estimating process with accurate and timely estimates.
• Collaborate with other departments for timely completion of repairs.
• Train and lead a team of technicians.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance.
• Develop relationships with customers and insurers.
• Manage equipment and tools in the shop.
• Oversee the shop budget including expenses and revenue.
