Anderson Auto Group of Grand Island is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Automotive Body Shop/Collision Manager to lead our collision repair operations. You will oversee daily shop activities, coordinate repair processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for our customers.

You'll supervise technicians and staff, utilize CAD estimating software for accurate assessments, and drive efficiency while fostering team development in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience managing a collision shop or dealership service department.
• Strong mechanical understanding of automotive systems and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in auto body refinishing, painting, restoration, and detailing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee collision repair shop workflow, staffing, and quality control.
• Coordinate repairs from damage assessment to completion and delivery.
• Supervise technicians and staff, ensuring safe work practices and training.
• Use computer-aided estimating software for accurate quotes and planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Manage tools and equipment including hand/power tools and painting gear.
• Perform root-cause analysis to improve repair quality and efficiency.
