Job summary

Crash Champions in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced operations leader to drive shop throughput and ensure quality from vehicle intake through delivery. You will oversee front- and back-of-shop activities, safety compliance, and KPI attainment.

Responsibilities include labor planning, assigning repairs, supporting teammates, and maintaining production flow. You will also write DRP estimates, coach staff, and help the team meet deadlines while delivering excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry procedures and carrier requirements.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively to meet objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software and other tech.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Labor assignment and production management: allocate repairs to Body Technicians and priority teardown/paint.
• Teammate support: assist customers, check-in vehicles, and write estimates as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR standards; accurate billing and PPE compliance.
• Payroll and staffing: manage punch-in/out, PTO, and weekly payroll flags.
