Crash Champions in Florida is seeking a results-driven shop leader to manage the front and back of the collision repair center, ensuring high throughput and quality. You will assign repairs, oversee teardown and paint priorities, and support teammates during peak periods while maintaining KPI targets.

The role requires experience in collision repair, strong leadership, and proficiency with CCC ONE Total Repair Software. Competitive benefits and a performance-based bonus structure are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry and insurance procedures for multiple carriers.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and collaborate to meet shared objectives.
• Proficiency with computers and technology.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front/back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Labor assignment and production management: assign repair jobs and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Teammate support: assist during peak times with check-in and estimates as needed.
• Monitor production goals and standards; ensure quality and accurate billing per standards.
• Manage daily production flow by coordinating with body techs, estimators, and parts managers.
• Write DRP-complete estimates after full disassembly and update estimates as needed.
• Team acquisition, coaching and development of staff for growth and progression.
