D&S Automotive in Mentor, Ohio is seeking an Estimator/Repair Planner to lead vehicle disassembly, document damage, and create precise repair estimates for insurance approvals. You will communicate repair expectations to customers and collaborate with the Parts Department to secure parts and plan repairs efficiently.

The role requires 3+ years of auto body estimating experience, proficiency with CCC One or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced shop

Competenze

• 3+ years of auto body estimating experience in a collision repair environment.
• Proficiency with collision estimating software (CCC One or equivalent).
• Strong computer skills, including estimating systems, digital imaging tools, and basic office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shop environment.

Mansioni

• Lead vehicle disassembly and manage all damage documentation using the estimating system and digital photos.
• Assist in establishing realistic repair plans based on parts availability and current shop volume.
• Create accurate repair estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Explain the repair process, parts used, and repair expectations to customers clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to obtain required parts for repairs.
