Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is seeking a General Manager in Portland, OR to oversee store operations andFinancial performance. The role requires leading the team, driving profitability, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective coaching and process execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years collision repair / auto body management experience
• Proven leadership and track record of employee development
• Ability to read and understand financial P&L statements
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Must have valid driver’s license and be eligible for insurance coverage
• Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and management system
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT)

Responsibilities

• Lead center-level performance through key metrics, quality, and culture
• Communicate and manage change processes
• Stay current with vehicle repair procedures and technologies
• Mentor staff and ensure accountability for shop performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Recruit, interview and hire staff as required
• Train new hires on policy and procedures
• Liaise with area insurance contacts and referral points
• Contribute to external marketing and team-building activities
• Perform other duties as necessary
