Job summary

Puget Collision in Medford, OR seeks a General Manager responsible for all daily operations of the collision repair facility, with extensive experience in auto body shop management, estimating, and DRP program oversight. You will drive profitability, quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and team performance while aligning with company goals.

The role requires 10-15 years in management, I-CAR Pro Level 1, CCC One estimating, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years auto body collision repair shop experience in management or estimating.
• I CAR Pro Level 1 at minimum for Estimating.
• Required experience with CCC One Collision Estimating System with ability to write DRP compliant estimates.
• Ability to manage business plans and adjust strategies based on reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Understand Key Performance Indicators and manage to expectation, including capturing customers, customer service scores and cycle time efficiency.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with customers that will exceed expectations and deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ability to identify proper repair procedures and quality workmanship, including reading scan reports, measurement reports, alignment specs and identifying proper welds.
• Responsible for creating center strategy and solutions as needed to obtain monthly sales goals that are consistent and in-line with company expectations and standards of productivity.
