Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and drive profitability while mentoring staff and upholding safety, quality, integrity, and customer service.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, recruiting and developing talent, coordinating with insurance partners, and enforcing Recipe Book standards. You will guide performance, communicate with leadership, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years collision repair / auto body management experience REQUIRED.
• Proven leadership and track record of employee development.
• Ability to read and understand financial P&L statements.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must have valid driver's license and be insured.
• Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and management system.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT).
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as repair procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and financial results for the assigned store.
• Mentor direct reports and drive team performance and culture.
• Coordinate with insurance contacts and referral points.
• Recruit, interview and hire new staff; train on policy and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff and resolving concerns.
